Our Approach
Through strategic relationship building, we focused on strengthening connections with both hospital administration and private practice stakeholders. Our team took an active role in the restructuring of the physics department, ensuring the practice’s interests were well-represented while maintaining collaborative partnerships. This approach enabled us to bridge communication gaps and establish more effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Results
Our relationship enhancement strategy yielded substantial improvements across multiple areas of operation. We successfully implemented an additional coverage model and secured a new facility service agreement, while simultaneously improving operational efficiency and enhancing the revenue cycle. Notably, we achieved these improvements while maintaining the practice’s independence, demonstrating that strong partnerships and autonomy can coexist effectively.
